Circle Skirt
Fashioned after the timeless gypsy skirt, this three tier skirt is very VERY full at hem - approximately 360 inches. Tops of skirts fully expanded approximately 88 inches. Generous elastic is easily adjustable.
Pair this skirt up with a cholie (XS to XXXXXL) and a tassel hips scarf and jeweled headband.
Black only available at this time - 100% Cotton.
